Follow these steps to find your phone numbers:

1.  Open the Membership module of Servant Keeper
2.  Click on the File menu option
3.  Click System Preferences
4.  At the bottom of the window is a field called Data Format Mask, the format should be as follows: (999) 999-9999.  This option CAN NOT be changed after data has been entered into the database.  If it has been changed and your phone numbers are no longer in the records you will need to call Technical Support for further assistance.
