Database
What‘s a ’lead’?
A ‘lead’ is a person or business who could potentially be interested in purchasing your products or services. When you purchase a ‘list’ from us, you are essentially purchasing the names and mailing addresses for your specified group of ‘leads’.
What‘s a ’list database’?
A list database is a large collection of leads. We hold a number of different specialist list databases, such as Consumer, Business, New Homeowner & New Mover. Different databases are suitable for different types of marketing effort. For example a plumber wanting to expand his business might be interested in the New Homeowner list database.
What format are your lists? CSV? Excel? PDF? Labels?
The lists are in CSV format. You can use the lists in a wide variety of programs, such as Excel. See the Using My List section below for more details. On request we can provide your list in Word or PDF label format free of charge.
How large are your list databases?
We remove all partial and low-quality addresses from our mailing lists to maintain the highest level of deliverability. At time of writing our database sizes are:
- Consumer: 79.3M leads
- Business: 15.9M leads
- New Homeowner: 26.0M leads
- New Mover: 11.6M leads
What are the demographic criteria options?
Each list database has different demographic criteria:

Can I browse the zip codes in a state, county or city?

What’s the difference between the New Homeowner & the New Mover databases?
The New Homeowner database only contains people who have bought a home recently. The New Mover database contains people who have moved recently- these people might be renting their new accomodation or have purchased it.
Do you sell email addresses?
No. We specialize in direct mail rather than email communications. None of our lists contain email addresses.
Do you sell telephone numbers?
We include telephone numbers for Business database lists, if we have the number. You can set filter criteria to only target Businesses for which we hold phone numbers so that 100% of the records you get will have phone numbers. We do not include telephone numbers in the Consumer database lists.

How accurate is your data? Where’s it come from?
We take great pride and care in the quality of our data as it is the core of our business. We partner with Experian for the list databases. See the Data Quality page for more information.
How fresh is your data?
See the Data Quality page, but generally, either weekly or monthly depending on the choice of list database.
Are the addresses USPS standardized?
Yes.
Security & Privacy
Is your site secure?
Yes. We take security very seriously. For added security we do not store your credit card details after a transaction.
What about my personal information? What’s your Privacy Policy?
We do not use your personal information for any purpose other than to validate a credit card transaction on a sale and to keep in touch with you (if you want us to keep you updated). Payment
Do I have to subscribe or pay a monthly fee?
No! There are no subscriptions and no monthly fees. You only pay for the data that you need, and that’s it.
Do I have to pay for using the website?
No. Getting counts of records matching geographic and demographic criteria is free.
How much does a list cost?
Generally about 6 cents per record (name and address), however the price varies based on the size of the list you want to purchase as well as the variables you choose (i.e. new moves only). The larger the list the cheaper the cost per record. A standard list starts at 7.5 cents per record with a minimum of 1,000 records (so a list of 1,000 is $75.00)
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. The more records on your purchased list, the more the price is discounted.
What’s the minimum order size?
The minimum order for a standard list is 1,000 records or $75.00.
Are there additional costs?
No. You pay per record you buy from us, that’s it.
How can I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Do you have any free lists?
No, but we do offer excellent quality mailing lists at very competitive prices!
Getting & Using My List
When I buy a list what do I actually get?
You will receive your list via email or by a download link in a CSV file format. The list consists of all the names and mailing addresses of the individuals or businesses that you want to target.
How will I receive my data?
You will receive an email shortly after placing your order. This email contains a link for you to download & collect your new list.
How long does it take to receive my list?
Usually about 2 minutes. Our processes are fully automated.
Can I download the list to my computer?
Yes. The email you receive after placing your order will provide you with a link for downloading the list.
Can I remove existing customer addresses from my list?
Yes. Additionally, if you are importing your list into Servant Keeper, the import tool will flag any potential duplicates and by default will not import them.
How many times can I use my purchased list?
Our lists are currently purchased with the intent of one-time use.
How do I print my list onto mailing labels?
You can easily print your list onto mailing labels. After you import your list into Servant Keeper, choose “Mailing Labels” in the Reports Manager.
